The Eiffel Tower

I don’t think I need to say a lot about the Eiffel Tower, I think most people have heard of it and have seen at least a picture or photo at one time (maybe even one I made ?). If you are interested in some facts and travel tips, I can recommend having a look at some of my previous pictures of the Eiffel Tower. (Yes, I admit, I love to take pictures of this iconic Parisian Landmark. ?)

These days traveling is a lot harder than it has been in quite some time. Paris has been classified as a red zone in France, wearing a mask is mandatory everywhere in the city, even outside, and tourism has taking a huge hit.

But I would argue that now is the perfect time to go and visit other places. Taking Paris as an example: never has lodging been this affordable, never has the city been this calm… Imagine walking the streets of Paris while not having to zigzag around other people, imagine having a place to sit on the subway, imagine seeing the Eiffel Tower with actual ground beneath its feet, and not the sea of people it normally has, just imagine…

With some simple precautions traveling is still safe and can be very enjoyable. Giving you a perspective that is unique in this day and age. Do not forget to comply with local rules and regulations and make sure you inform yourself about what is advised or mandatory ahead of time.

For everyone, stay safe, be responsible, and never, ever stop trying to enjoy life!

I hope you enjoy my photos as much as I do. If you do, why not follow me on Instagram: @jackoleenders. It will help me out greatly!
